Purchasing Department

The Purchasing Department website provides access to NCCU purchasing manuals, information regarding the online purchasing process, as well as detailed operating instructions.  The website also has links to vendor websites where goods, commodities or services are offered via contracts established for use by state agencies and affiliated institutions.
