Theatre, Technical Theatre Concentration, B.A.

Program Overview

The Technical Theatre concentration (Theatre B.A.) aims to develop the technical and creative abilities necessary for a profession in theatrical production. Students are trained to become creative, collaborative, and skillful technicians who integrate engineering and artistic techniques with theatrical settings. Major courses and competencies include computer-aided design, stage lighting, light and scenic design, stage management, and production planning.
