Admissions Requirements

Applicants must submit transcripts showing completion of an undergraduate degree from a college or university accredited by a recognized regional institution. The GRE is not required. The graduate application deadline is February 1st.

  • A completed Graduate School Application
  • Supplementary Social Work Application
  • Baccalaureate (bachelor’s) degree
  • An Official Sealed Transcript (Mailed to the School of Graduate Studies)
  • Writing Sample (article provided)
  • Letter of Intent
  • Two Letters of Recommendation (Advanced standing applicants should submit three letters of recommendation)
  • Resume
  • Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.75
  • Minimum GPA in Major 3.0
