Tim Mulrooney is originally from Port Murray, New Jersey. He is a 1995 graduate of Columbia University in New York City, where he was a member of the wrestling team. Gordana Vlahovic (PhD, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) is associate professor of earth science at the North Carolina Central University.
