“NCCU MBA has given me a broad overview of what the business world entails and what it requires of one to be successful.”
I originally came to NCCU to pursue a law degree, and after my first year chose to put that degree on hold. To make myself more marketable, I decided to earn my MBA from NCCU while I determine whether to go back to law school. I was already in the Durham area and the transition from law- to business-school would be seamless if I stayed at an institution that I was already familiar with. Also, I liked the financial attractiveness of the NCCU MBA program: you can earn a sound business degree at a great tuition price.
My decision was initially based on convenience. Now I feel that the NCCU MBA program has given me a broad overview of what the business world entails and what it requires of one to be successful. I would love to work in marketing or possibly finance.
The future of the NCCU MBA program looks strong. The program is implementing more formal ways to specialize your MBA. With employers increasingly focusing on MBA concentrations, this is another way in which NCCU MBA is committed to preparing its students for success.
