Mr. Delly is the Global Managing Director and co-Founder of RTX TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, a management and technology consulting firm. His consulting experience spans over 17 years of industry service with demonstrated entrepreneurial and technology thought leadership capabilities. He has successfully led financially significant ($100M+), complex transformation initiatives by applying breakthrough thinking to develop innovative technology solutions focused on achieving and supporting critical business results.  His proven delivery track record has established his strong cross-industry reputation and trusted advisory relationships with senior-level executives in global Fortune 500 organizations.  Mr. Delly is responsible for all IT strategy, technology architecture and business development at the firm. He also leads RTX’s Technology Consulting practice and has led the firm’s engagements with major corporations in the US and in emerging market countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Prior to founding RTX PARTNERS, Mr. Delly was a Partner at Accenture, where he focused on technology consulting across Communications and Media & Entertainment Industry clients. He was  accountable for developing strong senior-level relationships, defining comprehensive technology solutions, assisting senior management in meeting strategic objectives and building IT service delivery capabilities.

In addition to his market-facing responsibilities, Mr. Delly is the co-lead for the Action Haiti campaign sponsored through Powered by Action, the world’s premier person-to-place community development organization establishing campaigns that help communities throughout the world to achieve self-sufficiency. Action Haiti is focused on teaming with proven nonprofit partners to procure/secure funding for targeted, sustainable humanitarian and economic infrastructure investments to transform the physical and economic landscape of Haiti.
