The DEEGS was proud to graduate 8 students during graduation ceremonies on the weekend of May 12^th, 2012.  The include Sanja Knezevic Antonijevic (G), Steidrick Baker (U), Jay Banks (U), Karimah Bennett (U), Jelani Brown (U), Suzette Britt (U), Nelson Holden (U), and Tierra Poteat (U).  Some of these students are still shoring down future plans, but Sanja will continue her Ph.D. work at UNC-Chapel Hill while Jelani begins work for a GIS firm in the Washington D.C.area on the Monday after graduation.  Congratulations to everyone on reaching this significant academic achievement!
