Office of International Affairs

The Office of International Affairs (OIA) was established by North Carolina Central University in order to promote a greater international presence within the NCCU community and to build a stronger NCCU presence in the world. We welcome all members of the NCCU community to participate in the variety of activities we offer. The Office of International Affairs brings the world to you and takes you to see the world!


Study Abroad

Students are reminded that if they wish to study abroad, they should contact the Office of International Affairs (OIA) before starting an application to any program (excluding NCCU faculty-led programs).

All interested students should first complete the *Study Abroad Interest Form and turn it in to the assistant director, Olivia Jones, 103 Lee Biology Building or send it electronically to ojones@nccu.edu. Interest meetings will be scheduled before the application process. *The Study Abroad Interest Form is located here. 

Information sessions on study abroad are held on the first Thursday of every month during the 10:40 a.m. break in Room 202 of the Lee Biology Building. Information Sessions to groups and classes can also be scheduled.
