A Checklist for Newly-Admitted Students:

NCCU Mother and Daughter1) Submit An Intent to Enroll Card
Visit the Undergradute Admissions website to get the card and mail it in to inform NCCU that you will attend.
Mail to:  NCCU Undergraduate Admissions, PO Box 19717, Durham, NC 27707

2) Final Transcripts
Submit all final transcripts upon graduation or upon exit from your previous college or university.
Mail to:  NCCU Undergraduate Admissions, PO Box 19717, Durham, NC 27707
Remember:  All admissions decisisons are contingent upon successful completion of courses in progress.

3) Financial Aid
Make sure you've completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Immediately respond to request from NCCU for documents such as tax returns or worksheets.  Please list the NCCU school code: 002950.  Contact the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid at 919-530-6180 or via e-mail at ssacares@nccu.edu.

4) Living on Campus?
Submit your Housing Application and Residential Hall Agreement Form to request on-campus housing. It is located on the page linked above or on the Residential Life website. Housing assignments are made based on the order in which the forms are received. Call 919-530-6227 with questions.

NCCU Student5) Medical History/Immunizations:
Make an appointment with your family physician to have the Medical History/Immunization Form completed, and send it to the Student Health Services Office.  You may also bring it with you to the Eagle Institute Orientation. This form is located between pages 22 and 23 in the Enrollment Handbook or online here.

6) Placement Testing:
You'll take any necessary placement tests during orientation.  One important thing you can do is to bring copies of your transcripts to the orientation session in case there are questions about your credits.

7) Register for Eagle Institute Orientation:
