Using this site, you should be able to access the purchasing manuals for NCCU and a link to the manual for the North Carolina Department of Administration, Division of Purchase & Contract. You will have an opportunity to meet the members of our organization. You will also find helpful information on the online purchasing process as well as detailed operating instructions.

In addition, you will find links to the web sites for several of the vendors whose goods, commodities or services are offered via contracts established for use by State agencies and affiliated institutions. We hope this site will provide a one-stop locale wherein all your purchasing questions can be researched or answered.
