All employees desiring access to the NCCU REPIS must request authorization. To obtain access, please follow these instructions:
- Download the Access Request Form.
- Complete all information and have form approved by your immediate supervisor and AVC Shawn Stewart.
- Deliver or Fax your completed form to the Office of Research, Evaluation and Planning, Suite 2027 H.M.Michaux, Jr. School of Education. Fax number is 919-530-7973.
- Schedule a training session with Sylvia Seward at 919-530-5217. This is when you will get your ID and Password.
If you leave the University, transfer to another position within the University, or no longer need access to REPIS in order to do your job, you must notify the Office of REP (530-5217) so that your access to this information may be terminated.
